This woman developed severe psoriasis during pregancy.
This 35 year old woman had pustular psoriasis which began in her first prgnancy and was excacerbated during second. She was treated with cyclosporine before pregnancy and is now on adalimumab. This picture was a silver award winner in the 2009 Institute of Medical Illustrators awards and was taken by Anthony Edwards at the medical illustration department at St James's Hospital, Dublin.
