We are asking GP partners and principals in England to take our special survey on the collective action launched by the BMA. The survey will be closing at 9am on Monday 12 August. Please note, if you are not a GP partner or principal in England, you won’t be able to take this survey.

The survey should take 5 minutes to complete – and if you leave your contact details you will be entered into a prize draw of £100 of John Lewis vouchers.
