Health care professionals are being asked to wear a T-shirt saying ‘This is what the NHS looks like’.
The trend for sporting slightly ironic T-shirts was fostered by feminist campaigners and has now been extended to public institutions.
‘We think that the harassed, pissed off expressions of the wearers combined with their under-exercised flabby bodies will be the perfect selling point,’ said a marketing executive working on the initiative.
It’s alleged that the T-shirts were made by blind, unvaccinated orphans in Vietnamese sweatshops, but writing ‘This is what hypocrisy looks like’ on the front just wouldn’t be funny.
